At Fivetran, I had the privilege of growing with the company over five years — from joining as the very first design hire to ultimately leading the organization as Director of Brand. During this period of rapid scale, I helped navigate multiple acquisitions, mergers, organizational transformations, and the evolving needs of a fast-growing global business.
I spearheaded the evolution of the brand and design function from its earliest foundations into a high-performing, multidisciplinary team of talented designers, animators, and video editors. As the company expanded, I played a key role in shaping not only the visual identity of the brand, but also the operational structure that enabled design to scale effectively across the organization.
My responsibilities spanned a broad range of strategic and operational initiatives — from collaborating closely on brand strategy and company positioning to building systematic workflows and scalable creative processes that seamlessly integrated the design team into the broader marketing organization. I focused heavily on establishing strong cross-functional partnerships, improving collaboration across teams, and creating a design culture rooted in quality, efficiency, and business impact.
